1. Identification and scope
These terms govern browsing and purchasing digital recipe materials offered on the Chef Clara Menezes website, Brazilian business registration number (CNPJ) 08.020.097/0001-06. Contact: camilafontes870@gmail.com and WhatsApp +55 (11) 98937-8663.
The conditions displayed in the offer and at checkout form part of the purchase. These terms do not waive rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code or Brazilian law.
2. Products and plans
The products are digital materials, not physical books. In the current offer, the Basic Plan costs US$ 19.90, contains 365 recipes and does not include bonuses. The Premium Plan costs US$ 29.90, is a separate product containing 500 recipes and includes the 3 bonuses shown in the offer.
Other products have their own content. Check the product name, included items and price before completing payment. Premium-exclusive bonuses are not included with a Basic-only purchase.
3. Payment
Payment is processed through Centerpag using the payment methods, prices and conditions shown on that platform. Access to the materials depends on payment confirmation. This offer has no recurring subscription: it is a one-time purchase.
Provide a correct email address that you can access. Do not share card details or passwords by email or WhatsApp.
4. Email delivery and access
Access is sent by email after payment confirmation, with instructions and links to the digital materials. WhatsApp is a support channel, not a delivery channel.
Check your inbox, spam and junk folders. If the email does not arrive or a link does not work, contact support with the email used for your purchase and your order identification, without sending complete payment details.
Access to the purchased recipes is lifetime, with no monthly fees or renewal. You may download and save the files for personal use. Links and hosting services may change; if you experience difficulties, contact support to recover access. This does not automatically include future products or bonuses that were not part of your purchase.
5. Guarantee and refunds
The offer includes an unconditional 15-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within that period through our support email or WhatsApp, providing the information needed to locate your order.
The advertised guarantee does not limit the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code or other legal rights. Refunds are issued in full; the time for the refund to appear in your account or statement depends on the payment method and the institution involved.
6. Personal use and copyright
You receive permission to use the purchased materials for personal purposes. The purchase does not transfer copyright. You may not resell, publish or distribute the files, or publicly share access links, without the rights holder’s authorization, subject to legal exceptions.
7. Food information
The recipes are for culinary and informational purposes. They do not replace medical or nutritional advice and do not promise cures, disease management or individual results. People with diabetes, allergies, intolerances or other dietary restrictions should seek professional guidance.
Check ingredient labels and the risk of cross-contamination. Substitutions, brands and preparation methods may affect the presence of sugar, gluten or lactose and whether a recipe is suitable for your needs.
8. External services and privacy
The website links to third-party payment services, Google Drive and support channels, which are also subject to those services’ terms. Data processing and tracking tools are described in the Privacy Policy.
Please report technical difficulties to support. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that the law imposes on the seller.
9. Changes and questions
Conditions may be updated for future purchases, while preserving the conditions and rights of purchases already made. The current version is identified by the date at the beginning of this page.
We aim to resolve questions and requests through our support channels. Brazilian law applies, while preserving the consumer’s right to contact consumer protection authorities and the courts of their place of residence, where applicable.
