1. Data controller and contact
This policy applies to the Chef Clara Menezes recipe website, registered under Brazilian business registration number (CNPJ) 08.020.097/0001-06, and explains how personal data is handled under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
For privacy questions, contact camilafontes870@gmail.com or WhatsApp +55 (11) 98937-8663.
2. Data we process
- During checkout, the payment platform may request your name, email, phone number, tax identification number and information needed to process payment. Card details are provided to the payment platform, not to a form on this website.
- For support, we process the information you send, such as contact details, purchase identification and messages.
- While you browse, analytics and advertising tools may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, cookie identifiers and website interactions.
We do not request health information to purchase recipes. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use purchase and contact information to fulfill the contract, deliver materials by email, respond to requests and process refunds. We may also retain records to meet legal obligations and exercise legal rights.
Security and analytics activities may rely on legitimate interest where appropriate, while respecting your rights. For non-essential cookies and advertising, consent must be observed when required by applicable law. Simply browsing does not constitute consent for every purpose.
4. Cookies and tools we use
The website uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising, UTMify to attribute visits to their sources, and Microsoft Clarity to analyze browsing, interaction maps and session recordings. These tools may use cookies and identifiers and receive browsing data.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust advertising preferences in the services you use. Blocking cookies does not necessarily stop all requests made by these tools. This website does not currently offer its own cookie consent or preferences panel.
Please also review the providers’ privacy policies: Meta and Microsoft.
5. Sharing and external services
Purchases are completed through Centerpag. Materials are made available through Google Drive links, and support may use Gmail and WhatsApp. Necessary data may be processed by these services, hosting providers and the analytics and advertising tools listed above.
Each external service has its own terms and privacy policy. Data may be processed outside Brazil, subject to the LGPD requirements for international transfers. We may also share data when required by law or an order from a competent authority.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and applicable legal retention periods. Purchase records may need to be kept even after a deletion request. Data held by external services is also subject to those providers’ retention periods.
We take precautions to limit access and protect data, but no system offers absolute security. Never send passwords or complete card details to support.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of excessive or unlawfully processed data, portability where applicable, objection to unlawful processing and withdrawal of consent. Deletion may be limited by legal obligations.
Send your request to our support email. We may ask for minimal information to confirm your identity and protect your data. You may also submit a complaint to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Minors and updates
The website is not directed at children. Purchases by minors must involve their legal guardian. If you identify an inappropriate submission of a child’s data, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version date appears at the beginning of this page.
